The Color Purple discussion
In class we broke down each letter. The tone and reasoning behind details in the letters were discussed. The author conveys feelings and attitudes with each letter.
Informational text
Today we went through steps for doing an informational text. They are similar to doing argumentative texts. We used a college debt informational as a demonstration. College debt is very common and impactful on the lives of future adults.
